Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: 

   A) Custom Wigs, Clearance or Discontinued Items, Accessories, Care Products
   B) Items not in the original factory conditions (i.e., items that have been altered, worn, or damaged)
   C) Items without all original tags and not in original manufacturer's box

Request for exchange of item must be done by e-mail to or by phone within 5 business days of receiving item. Item must be received with 9 business days of receiving your RAC (Return Authorization Code). Your account will be credited and redeemable with your next purchase. This store credit will last as long as your account is in our records.

Color matching is not easy. Therefore, you can exchange your item’s color and a restocking fee of 15% will be waived for the first time only although a handling fee of 5% will apply.

You may exchange your products with any brands or any items you wish. You don't have to limit yourself to a certain brand.
